Pins have arrived + Slight delay

Hello Everyone!!!
The packages have arrived! So far the pins look BEAUTIFUL! I’m so happy with how they turned out. I haven’t started grading them yet, but the first impressions are great!
However there has been an unfortunate mistake with the manufacturer. I received all of the pins except for the Rainbow (anodized) Day Dreamer and the Rainbow (anodized) Star Catcher. I already reached out to the factory and it turns out that there was a mixup with those two pins and they are finishing their last phases of epoxy right now. They apologized and let me know that they will ship them out asap as soon as they’re finished.
In the meantime, I’m going to start gradings the HUNDREDS of pins I have here on hand and begin the shipping process! I’ll start with the orders that don’t contain those two pin designs and once that’s done hopefully the last two pin designs will be here! If not, then I’ll reach out to every backer individually (that chose those pins) to discuss whether you’d like to wait to receive your products altogether, or to go ahead and send what I have, then send the last two pins when they get here.
Hopefully we can avoid that and they’ll arrive right on time! But I want to be as transparent as possible with what is happening on my end<3 I’ll update you all with everything as soon as it happens!
In any case, it should take me about a week to completely grade all of the pins I have, and then another week or so to ship orders the first batch of orders!

Hello everyone!
Today I'm updating with some exciting news!! The pins are complete and on their way to me!!!:D
I have some completed photos from the manufacturer that I'll share below. They should arrive to me around the 29th, and I'll post an update once they do! Also, since the pins will be here soon I'm going to lock addresses on Friday, so if you've recently moved or would like the pins shipped anywhere else, please update your addresses before then<3

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to share some of the pictures from the manufacturer! They’ve completed molds for all pins and started on the glitter enamel. I’m so excited to see them when they’re done!!!

Survey Deadline<3

Hello everyone!
I just wanted to remind you about the surveys! We’re at about 75% completed, just waiting on 30 or so to be filled out! Thank you for the speedy responses!
I would like to lock orders and charge cards next Friday. I’ll send out individual reminder messages next Monday to those with surveys that haven’t been filled out yet.<3 Life is crazy, and I’m the most forgetful person I know, so I always appreciate an extra reminder every now and then:)
Also, I won’t be locking addresses until closer to shipping time. So if you think you’ll be moving within the next month or so, don’t worry about it, you can always go in and change your address.
Please let me know if anyone has any issues with their surveys or needs to be resent the link!

Surveys Going Out! Plus a SURPRISE PIN!<3

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to advise everyone to be on the lookout for their survey email! It will be coming from Backerkit and should all be sent out today!:D If anyone hasn’t received their survey by the end of the day, please reach out to me<3
In other news, the pins are in production!! Yay! I’ll be updating throughout the process with any updates the factory shares with me. I can’t wait<3
Lastly, I wanted to let everyone know that I’m producing another pin with this batch! I didn’t think I would finish the design in time for production, but I did and I’m really excited about it! This is my first hinged pin design, it comes in two colorways, is 2 inches, and fits in with the cosmic theme of this campaign perfectly<3 They will be dyed metal with soft enamel, epoxy coated, and have screen print details. They are available for preorder through backerkit, and you can find them on your survey if you’re interested!
They will be sold for $24 on backerkit for you all, which is $6 cheaper than what they’ll be for retail price, which is $30! I’ve included the pictures below :) Let me know what you think of them!
